1. ACCEPTANCE OF YAHOO! TERMS

	Welcome to Yahoo! Personals Premium Services ("Premium Services"). Your use of Premium Services is subject to these Additional Terms located at http://personals.yahoo.com/ca/static/content_addterms that supplement the Yahoo! Terms of Service ("TOS") located at http://docs.yahoo.com/info/terms/ which is incorporated by reference. Your use of Premium Services is also subject to the Yahoo! Personals Guidelines ("Guidelines") located at http://personals.yahoo.com/ca/static/content_guidelines. Yahoo! reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, these Additional Terms and all documents incorporated by reference. 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

2.1 Yahoo! Personals Subscription

	Yahoo! Personals allows paid subscribers to get in touch with anyone on Yahoo! Personals.

3. YAHOO! ID AND YAHOO! WALLET REQUIREMENT

	To participate in Premium Services, you must have a valid Yahoo! ID. You must also have a Yahoo! Wallet, which will save your credit card, billing and shipping information and other information (your "Registration Data"). If you do not have a Yahoo! ID or a Yahoo! Wallet, you will be prompted to complete the registration process for them before you can pay for Premium Services.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 General Terms

	The credit card that you provide as part of your Registration Data for Yahoo! Wallet will automatically and immediately be billed. All currency references are in U.S. dollars.

4.2 Payment for Subscription Plans

	Payment occurs on a pre-pay basis and payment will be automatically renewed at the end of the term. Your billing term will depend upon which subscription plan you choose. For example, if you choose the monthly plan, you will be billed every month on the anniversary date of your Registration. If you choose the three-month plan, you will be billed every three months on the anniversary date of your Registration. If you choose the yearly plan, you will be billed every year on the anniversary date of your Registration. Please note: If you have received a free offer for a specific number of days, then you will not be charged for the first time until after your free time period has ended. Subsequent billing dates will be on the anniversary date of your first billing date. For example, if you purchase a monthly membership on October 15th and you get the first 30 days free, then you will not be charged at all until November 14th. (There are 31 days in October.) You would be charged again on December 14th and then again on January 14th, and so on until you decide to cancel.

4.3 Cancellation for Subscription Plans

	Please note, except as described at the bottom of these Additional Terms, and unless Yahoo! gives notice to the contrary, payment for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the term for which you paid, your cancellation will take effect at the end of that term. For example, if you subscribe to a monthly plan, and you cancel after 15 days, you will still have the service until the end of the 30 days.

4.4 Termination

	If your credit card is invalid for any reason, your Premium Services account will be suspended or cancelled immediately and all the information contained within it deleted permanently. Yahoo! accepts no liability for information that is deleted due to an invalid credit card.

4.5 Additional Terms

	(a) If by reason of death or disability you are unable to receive all the Premium Services for which you contracted, you or your estate may elect to be relieved of the obligation to make payments for the Premium Services other than those received before death or the onset of disability, except as provided in paragraph 4.5 (a) (3). (1) If you have prepaid any amount for the Premium Services, so much of the amount prepaid that is allocable to services that the buyer has not received shall be promptly refunded to you or your representative. (2) "Disability" means a condition which precludes you from physically using the Premium Services during the term of disability and the condition is verified in writing by a physician designated and remunerated by you. The written verification of the physician shall be presented to Yahoo!. (3) If the physician determines that the duration of the disability will be less than six months, Yahoo! may extend the term of these Additional Terms for a period of six months at no additional charge to you in lieu of cancellation.

5. YAHOO'S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

	Yahoo! expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, suspend or terminate Registrant's account and refuse current or future use of any Yahoo! service, including Premium Services, if Yahoo!, in its sole discretion believes Registrant has: (i) violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (ii) if we become aware of information indicating a safety concern for you, other Yahoo! Personals users, or the general public, or (iii) acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the TOS, the Guidelines or these Additional Terms.

6. INVALIDITY OF SPECIFIC TERMS

	If any provision of these additional terms or any document incorporated by reference is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the such documents remain in full force and effect.

7. LOCATION OF LAWSUIT

	The Yahoo! Terms of Service, which apply to your Premium Services, provides that both you and Yahoo! agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California.

8. CANCELLATIONS -- TWO TYPES OF CANCELLATIONS


8.1 Cancellation of Subscription After 72 Hours

	To cancel your subscription after the first 72 hours of your subscription, visit http://personals.yahoo.com/ca and do the following: (1)Sign in with your Yahoo! ID and password (if you are not signed in already). To cancel, click on the "Billing Info" link on the home page. (2)Next, click the "Cancel" link, then, click on "Cancel My Subscription". (For security purposes, you may be prompted to enter your password in order to proceed with the cancellation.)

8.2 Notice of 3 Day CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - User RIGHT TO CANCEL Within First 72 Hours

	You may cancel these Additional Terms, without any penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third day following the date of these Additional Terms (the date that you click "ACCEPT" below). To cancel these Additional Terms under this 3-Day Cancellation Policy, mail, deliver, or telegram a signed and dated notice with your FULL NAME, Yahoo! ID, BILLING ADDRESS USED FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, AND EMAIL ADDRESS, which states that you are canceling these Additional Terms, or words of similar effect. This notice must be sent to: 3-Day Cancellation Office Yahoo! Inc. 701 First Avenue Sunnyvale, CA 94089 Click here for a printable notice to fill out and submit. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING NOTICES WILL NOT BE PROCESSED: (A) NOTIFICATIONS MISSING YOUR FULL NAME, YAHOO! ID, OR BILLING ADDRESS, (B) NOTIFICATIONS SENT BY EMAIL, PHONE OR FACSIMILE, OR (C) NOTIFICATIONS MAILED OR TELEGRAMMED AFTER THE FIRST THREE BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. If you do not submit a proper, complete, and timely notice, your subscription will not be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. If you send an improper, incomplete, or late notice, and you still wish to cancel for the next billing period, please follow the procedures above in Section 8.1. Any refund payments made by you under this 3-Day Cancellation policy will be returned within 10 days after the date of your cancellation notice.
