| How do I join? |

| It's easy! First, read the terms of our Affiliate Agreement and complete an Application Form to apply to become a Yahoo! Personals Performance Partner. If you are accepted, just copy and paste provided HTML codes onto your web site to display links to Yahoo! Personals. The links will contain a unique account code to credit you for subscriptions that are generated from your site. When a visitor clicks on one of these links and purchases a subscription from Yahoo! Personals, Commission Junction will track your code, calculate your commissions, and provide you with real-time reporting and monthly commission checks. |

| Will my web site be accepted? |
|
| We carefully review each web site prior to accepting it into the Yahoo! Personals Performance Partner Program. Criteria for acceptance may include (but are not limited to) audience demographics, site traffic, site content and design, and the likelihood of success in our program. We may reject any application in our sole discretion. |

| Please keep in mind that we are looking for web sites that are live and fully functional. If your site is under construction, please apply when you your site is live and fully functional. |

| What is Yahoo! Personals policy on adult content? |
|
| The Yahoo! Personals Performance Partner Program prohibits sites with adult content and reserves the right to audit and review member sites for compliance to our policies. If your site(s) are deemed objectionable, we reserve the right to reject an application or revoke a site's membership at any time. Please see our Affiliate Agreement for further information on our adult content policy. |

| Can I participate if I live outside the U.S.? |
|
| Yes. We welcome Performance Partners from many countries so long as they primarily target U.S. and Canadian customers. Please be aware, however, that the Yahoo! Personals service is for U.S. and Canadian residents only and that customers who subscribe to our service must pay in U.S. or Canadian dollars. |

| Yes. Without a web site, Yahoo! Personals will have no means of evaluating your application. |

| Who will manage and administer the Yahoo! Personals Performance Partner Program? |

| Yahoo! Personals has teamed with Commission Junction to provide you with trusted third-party tracking, real-time reporting, and monthly commission payments. Once you are accepted into our program, you'll be taken to Commission Junction's site to create your own secure, password-protected account. |

| This account will give you access to a wide variety of Yahoo! Personals text and banner links. Additionally, you will have the ability to view your account activity, calculate your commissions earned, and run reports that provide statistics on all your activities, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

| How much will I be paid? |
|
| Earn a base commission of $15, $30, and $60 when your visitor purchases 1 month, 3 month and 12 month subscriptions, respectively. Earn an additional 25% bonus when you exceed 30 subscriptions in a single month. |

| What is the 45-day return window? |
|
| We currently offer a 45-day cookie for return visitors. You get commission on all subscriptions that take place up to 45 days after you send someone to Yahoo! Personals. For example, if a customer visits your site, clicks on our banner and doesn't act immediately, but subscribes to Yahoo! Personals a few days later, you still get credited for the sale. |

| No. As prices, terms, and options are subject to change, we will only honor subscription prices listed on Yahoo! Personals and not prices, special offers or discounts made by Performance Partners on their referring web sites.
