Last February I placed a personal profile on Yahoo! with the headline 'Willing to do the dishes' and a great girl named Rita wrote me. After a few emails and phone calls, we went on our first date to a hockey game. We went out the next night, when not only did I do the dishes, but also cooked! We laugh all the time! This January we got engaged, and are planning an October wedding in Las Vegas with friends and family. She is my dream girl, the love of my life. Thank you Yahoo!.

I used Yahoo! Personals for about a year off and on. It's a great way to meet new people, to get to know them and their personality first rather than just judging on image as we do too often in traditional dating.
About finding his match
I just come alive when I'm with Rita. We enjoy the time we have together, laugh so much we cry, conversation is so easy time flies. We have fun together no matter what we're doing.
About their plans for the future
To live happily ever after, to have a few kids, to sit on the porch watching the grandkids play (okay, that is pretty forward thinking!).
